Enterprise Account Executive
About the role
We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Enterprise Account Executive to drive revenue growth and expand our footprint in the healthcare technology sector. Reporting directly to the SVP of Sales, you will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and pipeline generation to negotiating and closing complex enterprise software deals. In this role, you will target healthcare software companies, tech-enabled service providers, and large health enterprises, demonstrating how actAVA's platform bridges the gap between AI proofs of concept and production-ready systems.
What you'll do
Full-Cycle Sales Execution
Manage the end-to-end sales process from initial outreach, qualification, and deep discovery through to final contract negotiation and closing.
Build and maintain a robust, healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities to consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue quotas.
Develop comprehensive, strategic account plans to penetrate target accounts and establish a strong presence within the healthcare AI ecosystem.
Navigate complex organizational structures to identify, engage, and build relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives, VPs of Engineering, and IT leaders.
Solution Selling & Strategic Engagement
Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to uncover the specific technical limitations, business challenges, and strategic goals of prospective customers.
Deliver compelling, high-impact presentations articulating the unique value proposition of actAVA's EGI and 5-pillar technology stack.
Lead complex deal cycles that require navigating lengthy enterprise procurement, legal, and stringent healthcare security/compliance approval processes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Reporting
Collaborate closely with the SVP of Sales to align on go-to-market strategies, target account prioritization, and deal desk negotiations.
Partner with Forward Deployed Engineering (Sales Engineering) to tailor platform demonstrations and execute successful technical proofs-of-concept (POCs).
Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene to provide the SVP of Sales with accurate, up-to-date forecasting and pipeline visibility.
Serve as the voice of the customer, relaying vital market trends, competitive intelligence, and product feedback back to the Product and Engineering teams.
