A sample conversation with this agent

Can an employee work from another country for a month?
According to our Remote Work Policy (Section 4.3, updated Jan 2026): Employees may work from a different country for up to 30 consecutive days with manager and HR approval. Key requirements: (1) The destination country must be on the approved list (Section 4.3.2), (2) Employee must confirm they have legal right to work from that location, (3) Tax implications must be reviewed by payroll for stays exceeding 14 days. I should note this policy is due for annual review in April - the current version may be updated. Want me to start the approval workflow?
What's our policy on employee referral bonuses?
Per the Employee Referral Program policy (HR-POL-2024-017, Section 2): The referral bonus is $2,500 for non-technical roles and $5,000 for engineering and data science roles, paid in two installments - 50% after the referred hire's start date and 50% after 90 days. Eligible referrers must be active employees at payout time. Excluded: referring someone to your own team if you're the hiring manager, and executive-level referrals (handled separately). The policy was last updated August 2025.
