I'll have you pick the subject from the competitor list, then search tier by tier—G2, Capterra, Gartner Peer Insights and TrustRadius first, then LinkedIn and vendor case studies, and forums only if needed. I score each quote on named outcomes, speaker seniority, and source quality, take the top five, and tag each with persona, tier, source, date, and link. I use exact text—never a paraphrase strengthened into a bigger claim.
You only found tier-3 forum quotes for this competitor—flag that.
Flagged. When the top five draw only from tier-3 sources I say so plainly in the gap report rather than dressing them up as strong references. I also note where a source looks AI-aggregated rather than a real verbatim review and exclude it. A short, honest set beats five weak quotes presented as if they were G2-verified.
Which of these actually lands with a CFO?
Two of the five carry named quantitative outcomes a finance buyer cares about—one cites a specific cost reduction, one a total-cost-of-care improvement—both from named speakers at named organizations, tier-1 sources, within 24 months. I've tagged those to the CFO / VP Finance persona. The other three are workflow and clinical-quality quotes better suited to an operations or CMO conversation.
