Emma Wang

Sr. AI Platform Engineer at Actava.ai, where she makes the platform's AI agents reliable and scalable in production. Her work spans performance and load testing, observability, release automation, and traffic management: finding the limits of a workload before they become customer-facing problems, and keeping the platform observable and efficient as agents, workflows, and customer traffic grow.

Emma comes from DoorDash, where as an Infrastructure Engineer she helped manage and optimize its observability pipelines and helped engineer the move from StatsD to Prometheus, building systems that handled more than 10 million metrics per second. She has spoken at KubeCon + CloudNativeCon North America and PromCon EU on telemetry, centralized versus decentralized metrics collection, and large-scale infrastructure optimization, and is based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
